Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching

If becoming a qualified dance teacher is one of your career goals, our Foundations Course is the first step on the ladder to becoming a dance teacher. This course develops your teaching skills while you are still under the supervision of a professional. You will receive credit transfers from this qualification should you choose to progress to the Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management.

Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management

This course is for experienced dancers and provides a further qualification towards your goal as a dance teacher. You will study a range of dance teaching subjects.  You will receive credit transfers from this qualification should you wish to progress to the Diploma.

Diploma of Dance Teaching and Management

This course builds upon teaching skills you’ve already achieved. and focuses on the management of small business operations.  You will learn to manage budgets and financial plans, manage a flexible workforce, source funding for projects, manage copyright and understand workplace safety. You will refine your teaching methodologies as you create and perform complex dance pieces, manage small scale productions and develop marketing and social media strategies.  Students are required to have completed pre requisites to enrol in this course.  Students may enrol into the prerequisites at additional costs
