The Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD) are leaders in dance education.

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 31624), we offer three nationally recognised training courses to ensure that you will excel in your career as an inspiring dance teacher.

You can study where and when it suits you with the full support of ATOD teachers throughout your studies.

We offer:

CUA30313 Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching

Begin your career as a dance teacher here!  This course is our entry level qualification and on completion, you may be employed in the private dance teaching industry as an assistant dance teacher / demonstrating teacher under supervision of a qualified dance teacher.

CUA40313 Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management

This course will qualify you to work in private dance studios as a dance teacher, manager or studio owner. It is also a study pathway toward the Diploma of Dance Teaching and Management.

CUA50313 Diploma of Dance Teaching and Management

This course provides you with further skills to work  as a dance studio teacher / dance studio manager and the capacity to transmit your skills and knowledge to others.

With this qualification, you will apply theory and creative skills in a range of situations and display initiative and judgment in planning activities.

On completion of each of these courses, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification.
