The information contained in this document is very important to all students participating in this year’s ATOD National Championships.

Accommodation – An additional Recommended Accommodation has been arranged, and is located right near the Darebin Arts Centre:

• Onsite car parking is available at $20.00 per car per day
• Guests are required to make payment at the time of booking in order to confirm their reservation.
• A 14-day cancellation policy applies, meaning guests may cancel without penalty up until 3rd July. Any cancellations made after this date will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees.

Note: For Adina Apartments in Coburg – which bookings are now full for, the recommended accommodation allows for free cancellation until 15 July and no pre-payment is needed on bookings ie there is flexibility for you, should any changes be necessary, once the relevant dates are released for each genre.
