Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD) are leaders in dance education. As one of Australia’s largest membership based dance organisations, we have supported, inspired and educated dance teachers from across the country and around the world for 30 years.
Our unique syllabus offers Systems of Training across all genres and we offer a student examination system that delivers world class training and results. Members enjoy a professional development programme that includes conventions, teaching days, podcasts and webinars.
We offer five levels of membership, including Probationary Teacher, Affiliate Teacher, Associate Teacher, Member Teacher and Licentiate Teacher. Membership levels are designed to meet the needs of everyone, regardless of their stage of progress in the dance community.
