As the newly appointed CEO of Australian Teachers of Dancing Ltd I welcome you to our new and improved website. I hope you find the site easy to navigate and you can access the information you need. If not please know that you can always pick up the phone and give one of our friendly team a call and they will assist you as much as possible.

 

At ATOD we want to support our members to “teach the world to dance” and inspire the next generation of dancers and dance teachers. We truly believe that everyone can and should learn to dance and we are committed to providing the tools and resources to dance teachers to make that possible throughout all our communities.

 

As CEO it is my responsibility to work alongside the President and Board of Directors to implement and deliver on the organisational strategy, to foster good governance, manage risk and deliver financial sustainability. However what I’m really excited about is exploring and working collaboratively to discover new opportunities for ATOD that will grow and expand the business (and the business of dance) across Australia and beyond.

 

Our extensive and best practice Systems of Training has ATOD perfectly positioned to leverage the recent revival of dance in mainstream society and deliver new opportunities for dance teaching and participation across all demographics.

 

Our vast network of dance teachers and examiners cover all of mainland Australia plus a growing number of countries throughout the world. Our Registered Training Organisation provides a first class and cost effective opportunity for aspiring dance teachers to gain industry recognised qualifications and pursue their dreams. Most of all our passion and drive to make dance inclusive and available to everyone is what will deliver our success.
