*Students are required to email/fax a copy of their Identification Card to the Convention Secretariat to be eligible for this rate.
To be entitled for the Early Registration fee you must have registered and paid by 16 September 2009.
The deadline for all registrations is Wednesday 30 SEPTEMBER 2009. Registrations or payment made after this date will incur a $50.00 late registration fee.
Convention Delegate Entitlements
The above Convention registration fees entitle delegates to the following:
- Lectures on all days or selected days for Day registrations
- Master Classes observation for Sunday
- All official documentation, including program & abstract book and a list of participants
- Morning, Afternoon Tea & Lunch
- Dance Bag and collateral

Payment of Fees
Payment may be made by EFT, cheque or credit card (MasterCard or Visa) in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Convention Secretariat.
Registrations Fees
- Before Wednesday 9 September will be charged a AUD $150.00 administration fee.
- Between Wednesday 9 September and Wednesday 30 September 2009 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be given after Wednesday 30 September 2009.
Transfer of registration
As an alternative to cancellation your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation, on or before Wednesday 23 September 2009 to avoid cancellation fees. Registration transfers will incur a $25 processing fee.
Social Functions
- Before Wednesday 23 September 2009 will receive a full refund.
- No refund will be given after Wednesday 23 September 2009.
Accommodation
- The accommodation booking deadline is Wednesday 9 September 2009 New bookings received after this date will be on an availability basis only.
- Cancellations in whole or part may incur a penalty at the accommodation venue's discretion. In these cases the accommodation venue may contact delegates to arrange payment.
- Changes to existing accommodation bookings will incur an additional $25 processing fee. No cancellations or alterations for accommodation will be accepted unless in writing, by way of email, post or fax.
