Full Convention Entitlements
The convention and full student registration fee entitles delegates to the following;
  • Lectures Saturday and Sunday
  • MasterClass observation on Sunday
  • Welcome Reception on Friday
  • Morning, Afternoon Tea & Lunch
  • All official documentation, including program book and a list of participants
  • Dance Bag and collateral

Day Convention Entitlements
The day registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
  • Lectures on Sunday or Lecture and MasterClass observation on Sunday
  • Morning, Afternoon Tea & Lunch on selected day
  • All official documentation, including program book and a list of participants
  • Dance Bag and collateral
  • Welcome Reception tickets can be purchased for $65 per person.

Payment of Fees
Payment may be made by EFT, cheque or credit card (MasterCard or Visa) in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Convention Secretariat.

Registration Fees
  • Before Thursday 16 February 2012 will be charged an AUD $150.00 administration fee.
  • Between Thursday 16 February 2012 and Thursday 29 March 2012 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refund will be given after Thursday 29 March 2012

Transfer of Registration
  • As an alternative to cancellation your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation, on or before Thursday 29 March 2012 to avoid cancellation fees. Registration transfers will incur a $25 processing fee.

Social Functions
  • Before Thursday 29 March 2012 will receive a full refund.
  • No refund will be given after Thursday 29 March 2012.

Accommodation
  • The accommodation booking deadline is Thursday 8 March 2012. New bookings received after this date will be on an availability basis only.
  • Cancellations in whole or part may incur a penalty at the accommodation venue's discretion. In these cases the accommodation venue may contact delegates to arrange payment.
  • Changes to existing accommodation bookings will incur an additional $25 processing fee.
  • No cancellations or alterations for accommodation will be accepted unless in writing, by way of email, post or fax.
