Accommodation


Convention accommodation has been organised at Rydges North Melbourne, Cnr Harker & Flemington Roads North Melbourne. This is a 15 minute walk; or a tram and 5 minute walk from Ministry of Dance.

These rates are only available to Convention Delegates and bookings must be made via the registration process or by contacting the convention secretariat, bookings cannot be made directly with the hotel.

Accommodation options are below and must be booked through the convention to receive the rates below:

  1. Standard King or King - $160 per night. this is our standard room which comes with a king size bed and the inclusions of LCD TV, Foxtel, ensuite, coffee making facilities and minibar.
  2. Superior Queen - $180 per night. This is a larger room with a queen size bed and will be more comfortable for a longer stay. The inclusions of LCD TV, Foxtel, enusite, coffee making facilites and minibar help make this room more enjoyable.

Breakfast is an extra $15 per person per night insted of paying $22 per person per night for a full cooked breakfast. Please advise at the time of booking.

Car Parking at the hotel is $10 per night. Please advise at the time of booking.

Rates quoted are per room per night and inclusive of 10% GST

Confirmation
Accommodation bookings are subject to availability. Credit card details are required to secure the reservation.

Cancellation
Cancellations in whole or part may incur a penalty at the accommodation venue's discretion. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Convention Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. Please email the convention secretariat emma@intep.com.au

Amendments to Bookings
Changes to existing accommodation bookings will incur an additional $25 processing fee. Any change in bookings must be made in writing to the Convention Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. Please email the convention secretariat for any changes emma @intep.com.au

Council of Dance Educators was initiated by interested dance organisations and created to be a voice for the thousands of studio owners around Australia. The purpose of CDE is to ensure all dance educators be they organisations, teachers, students or other interested parties come together in a united voice to continue working together in a harmonious way for the future good of the dance industry. CDE will be your voice, participate in advocacy, share knowledge and information, promote and foster dance and bring together the dance industry like never before.
